Gezi Parkı olayları sırasında Ethem Sarısülük'ün vurulmasıyla ilgili, katil zanlısı polis Ahmet Şahbaz hakkında izin alınmadan soruşturma yapıldığı gerekçesiyle durdurulan davanın yeniden görülmesine dün başlandı.
7. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi'nin yargılamanın durdurulması kararını kaldırmasıyla yeniden görülmeye başlanan dava nedeniyle Ankara Adliyesi çevresinde polis yoğun güvenlik önlemi aldı. Sanık peruk ve takma bıyıkla duruşmaya girdi Ethem Sarısülük'ün katil zanlısı polis memuru Ahmet Şahbaz, duruşmaya peruk ve takma bıyık ile kılığı değiştirilerek getirildi.
Ankara 6. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi, 'kamu güvenliği' gerekçesiyle kapalı duruşma kararı aldı. Mahkemenin bu kararının ardından, izleyicilerden duruşma salonunu terk etmeleri istendi. Bu karara tepki gösteren ve duruşma salonundan çıkmak istemeyenler polis zoru ile salondan çıkarıldı. Polisin cop kullanması nedeniyle aralarında Sarısülük'ün yakınlarının da olduğu bazı kişiler zor anlar yaşadı. Kargaşa esnasında Şahbaz'ın başındaki peruk yere düştü. Bu şartlar altında duruşmanın görülemeyeceğine hükmeden mahkeme, davayı 28 Ekim tarihine erteledi.
