İçişleri Bakanlığı, Ayhan Bora Kaplan suç örgütü elebaşlarından olan ve kırmızı bültenle aranan Serdar Sertçelik'in Macaristan'da yakalandığını bildirdi
Bakanlıktan yapılan açıklamada, "mal varlığı değerlerinin meşru bir yolla elde edildiği konusunda kanaat uyandırma", "suç işlemek amacıyla kurulan örgüte üye olma", "kasten öldürme", "bir suçu gizlemek veya başka bir suçun delillerini gizlemek ya da yakalanmamak amacıyla öldürme", "suç işlemek amacıyla kurulan örgüte üye olma" suçlarından kırmızı bülten ile 17 Mayıs 2024'ten itibaren uluslararası seviyede aranan Sertçelik'in, İçişleri ve Adalet bakanlıkları ile MİT'in müşterek çalışmaları sonucu Macaristan'da yakalandığı belirtildi.
Açıklamada, şunlar kaydedildi:
"MİT ve Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğümüze bağlı İnterpol Europol Dairesi Başkanlığımızın takibini sürdürdüğü kişi, 25 Mayıs 2024'te Gürcistan sahte pasaportu ve Simeon Nikos kimlik bilgisiyle Roszke Sınır Kapısı'ndan giriş yapmaya çalışırken yakalandı."
