Japonya'nın en yüksek gökdeleni açıldı

Japonya'da inşası tamamlanan, ülkenin 330 metrelik en yüksek gökdeleni "Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower"ın açılışı yapıldı

Başkent Tokyo'nun Minato bölgesinde bulunan 80 bin metrekarelik "Azabudai Hills" kompleksine inşa edilen "Mori JP Tower" açıldı.

Zeminin altında 5, zeminin üstünde 64 kata sahip yapı, "Japonya'nın en yüksek gökdeleni" unvanını elde etti.

Her yıl 30 milyon ziyaretçinin beklendiği yapıda mağaza, ofis ve enstitülerin yanı sıra otel zinciri Aman Resorts ile lüks rezidanslar da yer alıyor.

Üstlenici firma Mori Building Co. yetkilisi Naka Hiroki, açılış konuşmasında, projenin, Tokyo'yu uluslararası alanda rekabetçi bir şehir haline getireceğini söyledi.

4,3 milyar dolar değere sahip "Azabudai Hills" kompleks projesi, Kamiyaço ve Roppongi İççome tren istasyonlarına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

"Mori JP Tower" gökdelen inşaatı tamamlanmadan önce Osaka metropolündeki 300 metrelik "Abeno Harukas" ülkenin en yüksek binasıydı.

Mitsubishi Estate Co. firmasına ait Tokyo İstasyonu yakınında inşaası devam eden 390 metrelik gökdelenin yapımının ise 2027'de tamamlanması planlanıyor.
