Suriye’de yaşanan iç savaş ülkeyi yerle bir ediyor. Özellikle terör örgütü El Kaide bağlantılı El Nusra'nın vahşeti dünyada müslümanların da büyük tepkisini çekiyor. Yakaladıkları hükümet yanlısı sivil ve askerlerin boğazlarını keserek, ciğerlerini sökerek öldüren El Nusra örgütü militanları işledikleri cinayetlerin de videosunu internete koyarak yaşanan dehşetin sınırlarını dünyaya gösteriyorlar.

El Nusra cephesinin müslüman dünyasında bile infial yaratacak son eylemi ise vahabi anlayışının bir uygulaması. El Nusra militanlarının işgal edip vahşi cinayetler işledikleri bölgelerde bulunan mezarları ve müslümanların ileri gelenlerinin gömüldüğü türbeleri yıktığı ortaya çıktı. Temsil ettikleri Vahabi inancına göre türbe ve mezarlar yasak. Mezar ve türbelerde Kuran okumak bile Vahabilikte dinden çıkmak anlamına geldiği için El Nusra militanları işgal altında tuttukları mezar ve türbeleri balyozlarla yıkıyor.
