Konya’da uyuşturucu tacirlerine operasyon düzenleyen narkotik polisi 760 kilogram esrar maddesi ile 2 bin 100 kök hint keneviri ele geçirdi. Olayla ilgili 14 kişi gözaltına alındı. Edinilen bilgiye göre, Narkotik Büro Amirliği ekipleri, yaklaşık 6 ay önce kent merkezinde esrar yetiştirildiği istihbaratı üzerine çalışma başlattı. Çok sayıda kişiyi takibe alan polis, tespit edilen 13 kişi üzerinde araştırmalarını yoğunlaştırdı. Operasyon kapsamında İbrahim D., Mehmet K., İsmail T., Mustafa K., Turgay G., Aziz T., Mehmet T., Oğuz İ., Civan Ö., İsmet Y., Mehmet Şirin B., Mehmet Can K. ve İhsan D. gözaltına alındı. Evlerde yapılan aramalarda 760 kilogram esrar maddesi ele geçirildi. Öte yandan, narkotik polisi merkez Karatay ilçesi Başak Mahallesi’nde Miktad Ö.’ye ait evin bahçesinde de uyuşturucu bitki yetiştirildiği bilgisine ulaştı. Polis, şahsın ikametine düzenlediği operasyonda mısır ekili tarlada 2 bin 100 kök kenevir bitkisi ele geçirildi. Şüpheliler, ifadelerinin ardından suç işlemek amacı ile örgüt kurmak ve örgüt faaliyetleri çerçevesinde uyuşturucu madde ticareti yapmak suçundan hakim karşısına çıkacak.
