Kamu Kurum ve Kuruluşlarının Ürettikleri Bazı Mal ve Hizmetlerden Ücretsiz veya İndirimli Olarak Faydalanacakların Tespitine İlişkin Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı, Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı.
Buna göre, Ramazan Bayramı ile 23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı dolayısıyla 20 Nisan Perşembe günü saat 00.00'dan (Çarşambayı perşembeye bağlayan gece) başlayıp 24 Nisan Pazartesi saat 07.00'ye kadar, 3996 sayılı Kanun kapsamında yapılan yap-işlet-devret projeleri hariç, Karayolları Genel Müdürlüğü sorumluluğu altındaki otoyollar ile 15 Temmuz Şehitler ve Fatih Sultan Mehmet köprülerinden yararlananlar ücret ödemeyecek.
21 Nisan Cuma saat 00.00'dan (Perşembeyi cumaya bağlayan gece) başlayıp 23 Nisan Pazar saat 24.00'e kadar Marmaray, Gayrettepe-İstanbul Havalimanı Metrosu, Başkentray ve İZBAN seferleri ile belediyeler ve bunların kurdukları birlik, müessese ve işletmelerce yürütülen toplu taşıma hizmetleri de ücretsiz olacak.
