BlackBerry telefonlarının üreticisi RÄ°M'in Yönetim Kurulu BaÅŸkanı ve CEO'su Thorsten Heins, iÅŸten çıkarmaların 2015 yılına kadar giderlerin yarı yarıya azaltılması planı kapsamında yapılacağını söyledi.

Firmasının, 2013'ün ikinci çeyreÄŸinde 950 milyon dolar zarar ettiÄŸini ifade eden BlackBerry BaÅŸkanı Thorsten Heins'in açıklamaları, Toronto Borsası'nda iÅŸlem gören ÅŸirket hisselerinin yüzde 17 deÄŸer kaybederek 8 dolar 73 sente gerilemesine neden oldu. BlackBerry'nin, 2015'e kadar ikisi yüksek teknolojili dört ayrı ürünle yeni bir hamle deneyeceÄŸi haberleri gündemde yer alıyor.

Rakip firmaların model yenilemeleri karşısında giderek sıkıntıya giren ve son olarak Z10 modelinde de aradığını bulamayan BlackBerry'nin, 2013'ün ikinci çeyreÄŸinde bu modelden ancak 3.7 milyon adet satmasına karşın, aynı zaman diliminde Samsung 71.3 ve Apple da 31.9 milyon adet telefon satışı gerçekleÅŸtirdi.
