Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, 28 Şubat davasında müebbet hapis cezasına çarptırılan Hakkı Kılınç (83), Ahmet Çörekçi (91) ve İdris Koralp'in (75) cezalarının Adli Tıp Kurumunun "kocama hali" raporu sebebiyle kaldırılmasına karar verdi.
Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan Cumhurbaşkanı kararlarına göre, 2018 yılında Ankara 5'inci Ağır Ceza Mahkemesince "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti İcra Vekilleri Heyetini cebren ıskat veya vazife görmekten cebren men etmek" suçundan müebbet hapis cezası ile cezalandırılmasına karar verilen Hakkı Kılınç, Ahmet Çörekçi ve İdris Koralp'in kalan cezaları, Adli Tıp Kurumunun "kocama hali" raporu sebebiyle kaldırıldı.
Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, söz konusu kararları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Anayasası'nın 104'üncü maddesinin 16'ncı fıkrası hükmü uyarınca verdi.
