Gençlerin evliliÄŸe teÅŸviki için faizsiz krediden, TOKÄ°'den öncelikli ev sahibi olmaya kadar bir dizi sürpriz adım atılacak.

Takvim'in haberine göre; ilk kez ev alanlar kıdem tazminatının yarısını, 15 yıllık süreyi doldurma zorunluluÄŸuna bakılmaksızın talep edebilecek.

Yeni sisteme göre, kıdem tazminatı fonunun özerk bir yapı ile yönetilmesi öngörülüyor.  Bugüne kadar kazanılan haklar korunuyor. Kıdem tazminatı almak için 1 yılı doldurma ÅŸartı kaldırılıyor. Ev alanlara hak ettikleri kıdem tazminatının yarısı ödenecek. Kazanılan kıdem süreleri için de eski sisteme göre tazminat verilecek. 

Kadın istihdamına ve taÅŸeron iÅŸçilerine yönelik düzenleme Ekim'de Meclis'e geliyor. Çalışma Bakanı Faruk Çelik, 'Kadın istihdamı paketini Ekim ayında TBMM'ye taşıyıp Kasım ayında yasalaÅŸmasını saÄŸlama kararlılığındayız' dedi. Bakan Çelik, bir soru üzerine, malulen emeklilikle ilgili düzenlemenin gerçekleÅŸtiÄŸini belirterek, bu konuda çok önemli adım attıklarını söyledi.
