Tunceli'de kadın garson çalıştıran birahane sahibi Özcan Ö.'nün tartıştığı müşterisi 22 yaşındaki Sinan Amaç'ı tabancayla yaralamasının ardından dün gece çıkan ve 5 birahanenin tahrip edilmesi ile sonuçlanan olaylardan sonra Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı soruşturma başlattı.

Yaklaşık 20 yıldır kentte sorun olan kadın garsonlar nedeniyle son 10 yılda çıkan olaylarda 6 kişi hayatını kaybetti, 30'dan fazla kişi yaralandı. Tunceli Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı dün gece yaşanan olaylardan sonra soruşturma başlatırken, olay çıkaran ve birahaneleri tahrip edenlerin tespiti için Tunceli Emniyet Müdürlüğü'ne talimat verildiği ve polisin olay çıkaran, olayların büyümesini sağlayan göstericileri Mobese kameralarından tespit etmeye çalıştığı belirtildi. Olaylara neden olan 15 kadın garsonun birahene sahipleri tarafından gece geç saatlerde Elazığ'a gönderildiği belirtildi.

Dün gece olayların çıkmasına neden olan ve bacağından ağır yaralanan Sinan Amaç'ın dün gece ameliyat edildiği ve hayati tehlikeyi atlattığı belirtildi. Dün gecenin izleri sabah saatlerinde Belediye ekipleri tarafından silinmeye çalışıldı. 

 İstanbul, Mersin, İzmir ve Adana gibi illerden getirilen kadın garsonlar, 15- 30 günlük süreler içinde çalıştırılarak gönderildikten sonra yerlerine yenileri getiriliyor. Kadın garson çalıştırılan birahanelere karşı Tunceli'deki birçok sivil toplum kuruluşu ve siyasi parti tepkilerini dile getirmek için yürüyüş ve protesto gösterileri düzenlenmişti.

Kadın garson çalıştıran birahaneler, PKK ve Tunceli kırsalında silahlı faaliyet gösteren sol görüşlü TKP/ML TİKKO ve MKP-HKO gibi örgütlerin hedefi haline gelmişti. Tunceli il merkezinde ve Pertek İlçesi'nde kadın garson çalıştıran birahanelere, PKK ve sol örgütler tarafından bir çok defa bombalı saldırı düzenlenmiş, saldırılar sırasında birahanelerde çalışan bazı kadın garsonlar ile çalışanlar yaralanmıştı. Güvenlik güçleri birahanelere karşı düzenlenmek istenen bazı bombalı saldırıları son anda önlemişti. Yasa dışı örgütler, sivil toplum kuruluşlarının tepkilerine rağmen 20 yıldır sorun olmaya devam eden kadın çalıştıran birahanelere, SGK'nın defalarca 'Sigortasız işçi çalıştırmaktan' verdiği para cezalarının da caydırıcı olmadığı belirtildi.
