Merkez Bankası kredi kartlarından nakit avans kullanımına ilişkin bugün tarihli yeni bir talimatı bankalara gönderdi. Bu talimatla bireysel ve kurumsal kredi kartı kullanımlarında bir sıkıntı bulunmadığı ifade edildi.
Kuyum harcamaları ve kredili mevduat hesaplarının kullanımında da herhangi bir makro ihtiyati tedbirin uygulanmayacağı belirtildi.
TALEP YÜKSELİNCE DÜZENLEME YAPILDI
Kişisel kredi kartlarından belirli limitin üzerinde yapılan nakit avans çekimi menkul kıymet tesisi uygulamasına tabi tutulmuştu. Aynı karar kuyum harcamaları için de geçerli kılınmıştı. Her iki başlık için de yüzde 30 oranında menkul kıymet tesisine tabi olma şartı getirilmişti.
Kredi kartına nakit avans ya da taksitli nakit avans maliyetleri aylık bazda yüzde 1,36 faiz ile TL cinsi en düşük borçlanmayı sağladığı için seçim öncesinde bireysel talebin en yüksek olduğu borçlanma kanalı haline gelmişti. (Emine Kaçar-Vehbi Gürcan)
