Gezi Parkı olayları sırasında Ethem Sarısülük'ün vurulmasıyla ilgili, katil zanlısı polis Ahmet Åžahbaz hakkında izin alınmadan soruÅŸturma yapıldığı gerekçesiyle durdurulan davanın yeniden görülmesine dün baÅŸlandı.

7. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi'nin yargılamanın durdurulması kararını kaldırmasıyla yeniden görülmeye baÅŸlanan dava nedeniyle Ankara Adliyesi çevresinde polis yoÄŸun güvenlik önlemi aldı. Sanık peruk ve takma bıyıkla duruÅŸmaya girdi Ethem Sarısülük'ün katil zanlısı polis memuru Ahmet Åžahbaz, duruÅŸmaya peruk ve takma bıyık ile kılığı deÄŸiÅŸtirilerek getirildi.

Ankara 6. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi, 'kamu güvenliÄŸi' gerekçesiyle kapalı duruÅŸma kararı aldı. Mahkemenin bu kararının ardından, izleyicilerden duruÅŸma salonunu terk etmeleri istendi. Bu karara tepki gösteren ve duruÅŸma salonundan çıkmak istemeyenler polis zoru ile salondan çıkarıldı. Polisin cop kullanması nedeniyle aralarında Sarısülük'ün yakınlarının da olduÄŸu bazı kiÅŸiler zor anlar yaÅŸadı. KargaÅŸa esnasında Åžahbaz'ın başındaki peruk yere düÅŸtü. Bu ÅŸartlar altında duruÅŸmanın görülemeyeceÄŸine hükmeden mahkeme, davayı 28 Ekim tarihine erteledi.
