Hakkında 115 sayfalık iddianame hazırlanan Muslum Koyun için "silahlı terör örgütüne üye olmak" suçundan 5 yıldan 10 yıla kadar hapis cezası talep edildi.
Eskişehir 2. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi'nde görülen davanın ilk celsesinde, tutuklu sanık Muslum Koyun, duruşma salonunda hazır bulundu.
Kimlik tespitinin ardından savunmasını yapan sanık Muslum Koyun, "Üye olduğumuz hiç bir grup, katıldığımız hiç bir eylem ve etkinlik yasa dışı veya terörle bağlantılı değildir. Dosyada MLKP ile ilişkilendirilebileceğim bir şey yoktur. Tahliyemi ve beraatimi talep ederim."dedi.
Terör örgütü MLKP'ye yönelik Eskişehir merkezli 8 ilde 30 Nisan'da eş zamanlı düzenlenen operasyonda, 3'ü Yeşil Sol Parti'den (YSP) milletvekili adayı 10 şüpheli gözaltına alınmıştı. 3 Mayıs'ta sulh ceza hakimliğine sevk edilen zanlılardan milletvekilliği genel seçimlerinde YSP Eskişehir üçüncü sıra milletvekili adayı Muslum Koyun tutuklanmıştı.
